Astoria-Megler Bridge #1
On this evening, a thick fog settled over Astoria, and the whole town seemed to hush a little in response. The Astoria-Megler Bridge, which connects Astoria to the Washington side of the Columbia River, is the longest continuous truss bridge in North America. On this night it just faded into the fog. I hope this print reflects how peaceful this night was. [For a moody, black-and-white photograph taken the same night, see “Astoria-Megler Bridge #2”]

Additional Details
Limited edition prints come signed and numbered, and they are shipped in a presentation box along with a certificate of authenticity. Prints are made on Hahnemühle Photo Rag 308 white cotton paper. This paper has a smooth matte finish and a lightly defined felt structure, lending the print added depth and a three-dimensional appearance (see example from my print “Vista House Sunrise”). Prints come with a white border to allow for signing and numbering, as well as to help with framing.
Pictured here is the 12x12 print. The image crop may vary slightly at other dimensions.
