Spotted Towhee at the Oregon Garden

I’m starting an occasional series of photographs from the Oregon Garden, a beautiful 80-acre botanical garden in Silverton. In addition to its 20 specialty gardens, the Oregon Garden is a haven for birds. According to eBird.org, more than 100 species have been identified there over the years. A medium- to long-term goal of mine is to photograph them all. I have a lot of photographs of Spotted Towhees at the Garden. This is just my most recent, taken on Saturday morning near one of the ponds.
