Lost Lake at Sunrise

A few weeks back, my family and I went camping with some dear friends at Lost Lake, near Mt. Hood. This was my third or fourth time at Lost Lake but my first since taking up photography. I had a few photographic goals, one of which was to take some photos of the lake at sunrise. Wouldn’t you know it but I overslept. I didn’t get set up to shoot until just before 6:00. Still, I got a couple photos I like, and it whet my appetite to return. In addition to the two landscape photos above, I’ve shared some family photos below. (Note that there was a burn ban in effect, so we had to improvise on the s’mores. The kids didn’t seem to mind.)
